Detrol: Side Effects

The most common side effects with Detrol are dry mouth, constipation, headache, and stomach pain.

Reports of aggravation of symptoms of dementia (e.g., confusion, disorientation, delusion) have been reported after tolterodine therapy was initiated in patients taking cholinesterase inhibitors for the treatment of dementia.

Other side effects may include: anaphylaxis and angioedema; tachycardia, palpitations, peripheral edema; diarrhea; confusion, disorientation, memory impairment, hallucinations….

Detrol: Precaution

Before taking Detrol inform your healthcar eprovider if you have certain stomach problems, glaucoma, or cannot empty your bladder.Detrol may cause allergic reactions that may be serious. Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include swelling of the face, lips, throat, or tongue.

Medicines like Detrol can cause blurred vision, dizziness, or drowsiness. Use caution while driving or doing other dangerous activities.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended to use this medicine without your doctor’s advice….
