Abnormal loss of weight can have several causes. It can be caused by various diseases of the stomach, liver, intestine or pancreas, or absorption problems. Significant weight loss can be caused by malignant tumours, infectious diseases and psychiatric disorders. Also alcohol abuse can cause sudden weight loss. In case of advanced alcoholism decreases the body resistance to infectious diseases. At puberty girls are in one of the factors that can cause weight loss and mental overwork. The patient has appetite and is fed well, however thin. Symptoms are fatigue and abdominal pain.

Tapeworm is a parasite that lives in the intestines. In the past, forming organs diseases were difficult to treat. These days, the possibility of getting better is much higher. In this disorder, weight loss is accompanied by fatigue and, in some cases, small bleeding skin. These conditions occur when thyroid activity intensifies and, therefore, the body consumes all natural reserves of fat. The patient becomes irritable, the pulse grows, not the heat, sweat and weakens. Diabetes causes sudden weight loss, especially the young. Indisputable sign of disease is the pronounced thirst and increasing the amount of urine. The amount of urine can reach 5-6 litres daily. This means a loss of sugar by about a pound (2000 calories).

Malignant tumours are also accompanied by abnormal weight loss. At the onset, the only symptom is the continuing lack of appetite, which may be accompanied by fatigue and occasionally give state feverishness. Certain infections insidiously attack the body. For this reason, the first sign that can be identified is weight loss. The remaining symptoms, seemingly insignificant, the patient recalled only when the doctor asks about them. Lack of appetite and stomach and bowel problems, related to ingestion of food, causing weight loss. If, after eating, severe abdominal pain patient charge, of course, eat less, acute gastric ulcers, can expect a weight loss.
