Diflorasone Topical: Indications

Diflorasone is in a class of medications called topical steroids which works by reducing inflammation and itching. Diflorasone topical is used to help relieve redness, itching, swelling, or other discomfort caused caused by a number of skin conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis.

Diflorasone Topical: Side Effects

While using Diflorasone, the following side effects may occur: mild skin itching, burning, or dryness; thinning or softening of your skin; skin rash or irritation around your mouth; swollen hair follicles; changes in color of treated skin; blisters, pimples, or crusting of treated skin; or stretch marks.

More serious adverse reaction caused by Diflorasone include: blurred vision, or seeing halos around lights; mood changes; sleep problems (insomnia); weight gain, puffiness in your face; or muscle weakness, feeling tired. An allergic reaction is rare, but if you notice any of these, seek medical care immediately: rash, itching, difficulty breathing, closing of the throat, swelling of the lips, tongue, or face, or hives….

Diflorasone Topical: Precaution

Before using this medicine inform your doctor if you have any type of allergies. Using too much of this medicine or using it for a long time may increase your risk of having adrenal gland problems.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended to use this medicine without your doctor’s advice….
